UPDATE OF PHILIPPINE CUSTOMS REGULATION NOTICE OF DOC CUT CHANGE IN HONG KONG

Dear ALL:

Philippine Customs has just issued CMO 37-2009 dated 14^th August 2009 specifying implementation guidelines for advance manifest submission and penalties for late submission.

In relation to this, our Company would adjust our current doc cut time as below in order to comply with the new regulation.

Effective : 1^st September 2009

Doc Cut : 12:00 noon, Wednesday (1 day prior to vessel sailing from Hong Kong)

Any charges/penalties that will be incurred as a result of delayed manifest submission due to non-compliance to above underlined shall be for the account of the cargo.
