NVOCC B/L RULE IMPORT TO ROMANIA

Please be reminded that we would like to highlight the requirements from Romania Customs as follow for your proper guidance: -

1. Per Romanian customs regulation, when a freight forwarder is the consignee of the goods, it should be clearly stated in the name of forwarder in the consignee field of the bill of lading.

e.g. Consignee = ABC Forwarding Ltd. Then, consignee column shall be input as,

ABC Forwarding Ltd

(Address)

Forwarder: ABC Forwarding Ltd

That is, we have to mention the word, 'Forwarder:' + the name of forwarder again there.

2. In the description of goods column, it should be added the house bill of lading number.
